Weekend Closing Routine
To make sure the kitchen and premises are properly shut down and secured at the end of the week.
When this applies

Steps
- Clean the kitchen.
- Check all doors are closed.
- Set the alarm.
- Check that nobody is left in the toilets.
- Put work clothes in the washing machine.
- Put dishes in the dish machine and press on.
- Leave.
Why this matters: Doing this properly keeps the place secure and clean for the next opening, and avoids leaving anyone locked in or dirty dishes/clothes sitting overnight.
